This page describes what Draft2Deal ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service and how we handle it. This page is maintained by Draft2Deal and is not a certification.
Information we collect
Account data (email, name), the proposal content you create, and basic usage data (page views, feature events, share-link view timestamps). If you subscribe, our payment processor handles card data — we never see or store it.
How we use it
To operate the Service — authenticate you, save your proposals, deliver share links, generate AI drafts, send transactional email, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
Prompts and proposal content you submit to the AI generator are sent to our model provider to produce the draft. Providers process this data under their own terms and do not use it to train foundation models by default.
Subprocessors
We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database, email delivery, payments, and AI inference. On request we will share the current list.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
We retain your proposals and account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual proposals at any time. Closing your account removes your content, subject to short backup-rotation windows.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. We honor rights available under GDPR and CCPA to residents of those jurisdictions.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized team members. Report suspected issues to security@draft2deal.com.
Children
Draft2Deal is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
