Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Draft2Deal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Draft2Deal to send spam, distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the proposals, text, logos, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
5. AI-generated output
Draft2Deal uses AI models to draft proposal content. Output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing anything you send to a client. We make no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose.
6. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. The 14-day free trial requires no card and converts to the free tier at expiration unless you upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
